Blake A. Rosenberg
Blake A. Rosenberg is a founding partner of Rosenberg & Parker, LLC. He spent the beginning of his real estate career running the title operations for a mid-sized title company handling thousands of closings every year. Blake is a lifelong resident of Naperville where he lives with his wife, two sons, and two labs. Blake volunteers his time as the President of the Sabre Hockey Association and in his free time, he likes to travel and watch his sons play hockey.
Heather C. Parker
Heather C. Parker is a founding partner of Rosenberg & Parker, LLC. She is licensed in three states and has a unique background in financial services litigation that she transitioned into serving our Illinois real estate and estate planning clients. She loves assisting families as they move in or move on from their homes and walking with them through life changes. Heather lives in Naperville with her husband, their three children, and two rambunctious goldendoodles and in her free time likes to read and sing.
Victoria L. Lupinek
Victoria L. Lupinek is an associate attorney at Rosenberg & Parker, LLC. Victoria graduated from North Central College in Naperville, where she earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Sociology with many Dean’s List honor designations. She then attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, now known as UIC Law, to earn her J.D. During law school.
Victoria is a resident of Algonquin where she lives with her husband, and their many cats and dogs. In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her pets and family.
Tyesha M. Perez
Tyesha M. Perez is an associate attorney at Rosenberg & Parker, LLC. She attended DePaul University where she obtained a B.S. in Business. Tyesha attended law school at The John Marshall Law School, now known as UIC Law. In her second year of law school, she began as a law clerk for a small real estate firm where she learned she wanted to help people through the process of closing on their dream home.
Tyesha is currently a resident of Carol Stream with her 13-year-old dog Moo and her two snakes, Haku and Holo. In her free time, she likes to read, bake, and try new restaurants around Chicagoland. Being a fluent Spanish speaker, she can provide her exceptional services to everyone!
